At Vector Optics Africa, we are proud to offer authentic Vector Optics products, backed by Vector Optics’ trusted lifetime warranty on most scopes and optics.
What is Covered?
Vector Optics offers a limited lifetime warranty on most of its optical products, which covers:
Manufacturing defects
Internal mechanical failures
Faulty materials or workmanship
If your Vector Optics product fails under normal use due to a defect, we’ll assist you in processing a warranty repair or replacement in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.
What is NOT Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Cosmetic damage or wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents)
Damage due to dropping, fire, water submersion, or impact
Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
Loss or theft
Warranty Repair Process
Contact Us First:
Reach out via email or WhatsApp with the following:
Your name and proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the problem
Assessment:
Our team will assess whether the issue qualifies for warranty service. If it does, we’ll coordinate with Vector Optics or our supplier to initiate the repair or replacement process.
Shipping the Product:
If a return is required, the item must be shipped to us at your expense.
Once confirmed as a warranty issue, we’ll cover the return shipping cost of the repaired or replaced item back to you.
Turnaround Time:
Warranty repairs or replacements typically take 2–6 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue and supplier response time. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Important Notes:
Only products purchased from Vector Optics Africa or authorized dealers are eligible for warranty assistance through us.
We strongly recommend keeping your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) for any warranty claims.
If your issue is not covered under warranty, we may still be able to assist with a paid repair or replacement quote.
